Schnitz Ale Brewery, (440-340-4353) 5729 Pearl Road, Parma Heights, is across from Das Schnitzel Haus.     

You’re invited to celebrate Octoberfest at this casual German restaurant  and brewery.  Several craft beers are brewed on the premises and flights are available to order, and wine and cocktails are also served!  

The restaurant offers tempting appetizers, such as a huge Bavarian pretzel, which pairs nicely with a tasty beer! Sample some delicious pierogis, German Bratwurst with sauerkraut, or a schnitzel (pork/chicken dinner.  In addition, chicken wings, chicken paprikash, salmon, salads, soups, Apple strudel, Black Forest Cake, are also on the menu!
