Meet at 4:00 PM on the spacious outdoor patio of Barrio’s (216-999-7714) and enjoy house made margaritas, great guacamole, and “signature tacos” or build your own tacos, while you socialize with NCSS friends and take in the urban sights and sounds of the historic Tremont neighborhood.
